Signed the Papers on My New Home

I had a great day today, I signed the papers on my new home. It is a big and exciting move for me. The home is a lease with the option to buy after the 12 months. I was blessed with a great Realtor out of Woodland Park, CO. Her name is Karen Benenati with Remax. Her Website. She found my family the perfect home, and has helped us in every way possible to get us relocated from Dallas, TX to Divide, CO.

There is a lot to do before moving to Divide, and my family and I are pushing hard to get everything done on time. Financially I am more concerned than anything. I have been on maternity leave for the last 10 weeks, and have not found a job in the area just yet. I am very optimistic about the situation. I feel like God has blessed us with the perfect realtor, perfect house, and the ability to move. Now I have to find the perfect job.

Hopefully in the next year I will be able to purchase the home, have a good job, and be back in school. I have a baby to worry about now, and I have to make sure that I do everything I can to make sure he is taken care of. I also have to worry about my nieces and nephew, they need me to be able to make all of this work. I will do everything in my power to do just that.

Plans For 2011

I have finally sat down and made a plan for my life, well part of it anyway. I know it may not go exactly as I want it, but I am gonna do my best. I have only gotten through 2011 for the most part, but it is the beginning of the rest of my life.

To begin with I have found a school that I can attend to get my Real Estate license in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to get it at the Community College. The school is Champion School of Real Estate.  This school is also going to be a fraction of the cost. I am hoping to start after the first of the year, and should have my Realtor license by the time I have the baby in June.

After I have my license I plan on working with a Realtor company for about six months, and then I am planning on moving to Colorado by the end of the year. I want to make this move to have a new beginning in my life, and feel it will help me in every way.

Until now I have always worried about what other people think about my choice in life, but I can no longer do that. I am making a life changing plan for me and my child, and do not think anyone has any say over whether I can improve my life in this way or not. I now have my plan, and will do everything I can to make it all happen.
